Omaha-Based Developer Moving Headquarters Downtown

(Omaha, NE) -- An Omaha-based real estate developer is moving its headquarters. Noddle Companies has been operating out of Aksarben Village, but will be moving its offices to the northern part of downtown.

Sam Noddle is the Vice President of Leasing, and he spoke on KFAB's Grow Omaha radio show.

"We're excited, we're hungry," Noddle says. "I think downtown offers just a great space for us to learn and expand. We're going to be surrounded by some of the best companies in the country. We're going to be surrounded by other great developers."

They're moving into what they're calling the Builders District. The new office will be located at 15th and Mike Fahey.
