(Omaha, NE) -- The northern portion of downtown, near Creighton, is the target of one of the city's next development booms.
Same Noddle, with Omaha-based developer Noddle Companies, spoke on KFAB's Grow Omaha radio show.
"I'm really excited to see what happens over the next two or three years with Creighton," Noddle says. "They've got big plans, which I won't go into. But, what they're doing is simply world class. We are talking on a regular basis. We're strategizing."
He says his company's next project, dubbed the Builders District, relies heavily on what Creighton continues to build.
