A Missouri man is facing charges following a fatality wreck on West Port Arthur Road in Jefferson County. The DPS reports 36-year old Ray Noe crossed into oncoming traffic striking a vehicle head on killing a 59-year old Beaumont man. Noe is charged with intoxication manslaughter and unlawfully carrying a weapon as a gun was found in his truck. Justice of the Peace Brad Burnett has identified as the fatality victim Douglas Johnson.
