Forbes Names World’s Most Powerful Women Of The Year

The world’s most powerful women have been revealed, according to “Forbes.” The magazine’s 2024 Power Women list has just come out, naming the who’s who of female global players and leaders.

  • “Forbes” uses four main metrics to select the women on the list: money, media, impact and spheres of influence.
  • This year’s choices include musicians, moguls from finance and technology and world leaders, “who command a collective $33 trillion in economic power and influence more than 1 billion people.”
  • So, who is the most powerful woman in the world? A name many may not be familiar with, Ursula von der Leyen, who’s the president of the European Commission.
  • But some of our favorite celebs also appear on the list, including Taylor Swift, who lands at number 23.
  • Oprah is number 30, Beyonce is 35th, and Rihanna is number 76.
  • WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark rounds out the list at 100. And at 22, she’s the youngest person on the 2024 list.
