A second former employee of the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office is accused of embezzling $90,000 from the inmate trust fund.

Deputies arrested Toya Robertson on Tuesday and charged her with theft, obstruction of justice, malfeasance in office, filing false public records, injuring public records, public contract fraud, and monetary instrument abuse.

Robertson was fired before she was arrested.

Former employee Labrina Lackey was arrested on Monday on the same counts as part of the same suspected scheme.
