A popular chicken wing joint is closing both of its Baton Rouge locations after 21 years.
Pluckers Wing Bar had locations on Bluebonnet Boulevard near the Mall of Louisiana and on Nicholson Drive about a mile south of LSU.
The company announced that it wanted their franchisee to make certain upgrades to the stores.
But the franchisee calculated the costs of the upgrades and decided to shut down both locations instead.
