They're rolling out the red carpet for V-I-P guests in Miami Beach as the Private Days of Art Basel get underway. Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava says the iconic event, in its 22nd year, brings people from across the globe to South Florida for the main show along with satellite ones. This year, 286 premier galleries from thirty-eight countries will showcase their art. Some 80-thousand people will attend, dumping at least 500 million into the local economy. The public days begin Friday and end Sunday.
