Support black-owned businesses this Small Business Saturday at the Far South Community Development Corporation (Far South CDC) Marketplace at 837 W. 115th Street from 3-7pm today… the non-profit incubator invites you to shop and support nine Black-owned small businesses from Chicago’s South Side. Get festive with complimentary holiday photos, plus hot chocolate & donuts, craft projects, massages, raffles and more! Tonight is The Survivors Bash celebrating survivors who have faced cancer, suicide, domestic violence, sexual abuse, gun violence and more, along with families honoring loved ones they’ve lost. The theme for the night is “Rock Your Ribbon” and you’re invited to celebrate a night of joy and unity with food, dancing and performances at Sneaker Head University, 133 S. State Street. Doors open at 7pm.
