(Omaha, NE) -- The teenager who was killed while attempting to cross the Dodge Expressway over the weekend is indentified. Police say Keefer Kearns was hit by a Chevy Silverado as he was moving south to north Saturday evening. The driver stopped and cooperated with police, though no charges are filed at this time.
