Paris Hilton is "really proud" of aging naturally and sharing the tips that have helped her maintain her youthful glow well into her 40s.
During a recent appearance on the Zach Sang Show, the 43-year-old Simple Life alum addressed whether she has ever had any work done, claiming that she is "working on" aging in reverse without going under the knife or getting filler, per Page Six.
"I feel really proud that I'm all natural," she said. "I've stayed out of the sun. I've never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing."
The I am Paris podcast host also credits her youthful appearance to advice her mom Kathy Hilton gave to her when she was younger, such as keeping away from direct sunlight and focusing on skincare.
"My mom told me when I was 8 years old, 'Paris, stay out of the sun,'" she said, adding, "And then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine. So I've literally been doing that since [I was] 8."
In addition to her skincare regimen, Hilton also has an in-home "Sliving Spa" with LED light therapy, Hydrafacials, cryotherapy and even a hyperbaric chamber, which uses oxygen therapy to help heal damaged tissue.
Another way Hilton may be staying young is by keeping up with her two young children with husband Carter Reum. The couple welcomed their son Phoenix via surrogate in January 2023 and added daughter London to their growing family in November 2023. Hilton recently shared "magical" photos celebrating her youngest child in honor of her first birthday.
