Award-winning Tejano singer Savannah V has unveiled her version of the beloved classic “Como Han Pasado Los Años” as part of her latest album, El Color de Mi Amor. The track, produced by Severo “Sevy” Contreras at Slackmonster Studios in San Antonio, Texas, adds a fresh yet heartfelt touch to a song that has resonated with music lovers across generations.

In a recent interview with Tejano Nation Radio host Romeo, Savannah shared her connection to the iconic song, explaining, “‘Como Han Pasado Los Años’ has always meant so much to me. It’s one of those songs that many of us grew up listening to, and it’s touched so many lives, from Rocío Dúrcal to José José. A lot of artists have put their own spin on it. I thought, why not go back to the roots? That’s why I chose this song—it’s so special to me.”

She continued, “The song reflects how time just seems to slip by, and I think we all relate to that feeling. It’s something that resonates deeply, especially as you grow older. Time goes by faster than you realize, and before you know it, it’s already gone. That’s why it’s such a personal song for me.”
