Iowa DNR Investigating Illegal Dumping At State Park

(Muscatine County, IA) -- Someone left a mess at an Iowa State Park. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is trying to figure out who dumped a bunch of old tires, yard waste, and more at Wildcat Den State Park in Muscatine County. The D-N-R says they also left behind a lot of rubber marks on the pavement from spinning tires.
