Ole Miss Head Football Coach Lane Kiffin joins Colin Cowherd on The Herd this morning to talk about moving into the top 10 of the latest College Football Playoff rankings. He discusses the challenges of building a cohesive roster under the current transfer portal/NIL rules. And he addresses the prospect of traveling to a cold-weather city in the first round of the College Football Playoff.
Colin Cowherd: “How do you build chemistry and culture when you kind of went the free agent route in college football? You’ve done it; other teams are struggling with it. How did you do it in the transfer portal/NIL world?”
Lane Kiffin: “...You can’t buy culture. You can buy players but you can’t but culture so, to me, we had to have a culture set then we had to get the right guys.”
