New details have emerged about the burglary last month at Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce’s Kansas City mansions. The break-ins occurred around the time they played a Monday Night Football game and Taylor Swift sat in the luxury VIP suite.
The crooks took from Travis much more than the $20,000 in cash that was initially reported. They also walked off with $100,000 in jewelry and the Kansas City Chiefs jersey that Travis wore in his first (of four) Super Bowl appearance.
The police report indicates that Taylor Swift’s possessions were not stolen. At the time, The Eras Tour was on hiatus and she was spending consecutive nights in Kansas City.
During Wednesday’s press appearance, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes said he felt “frustrated and disappointed” by the back-to-back robberies. Thieves ransacked his man cave and took prized mementos like trophies and game jerseys. His wife, Brittany Mahomes, lost designer bags and jewelry. (The Sun)
