It may be the season of the sticks, but what does that even mean?
Noah Kahan, who gained popularity after his third studio album Stick Season and especially the title track took off on social media, explained to iHeartRadio just what "stick season" really is.
"Stick season's when the trees are losing their leaves and soon the snow is coming but it's not there yet," he said, comparing the in-between to trying to move on after the end of a relationship. "The theme of the relationship is that you've been broken up with and are trying to move on."
Elsewhere in the video, the "Growing Sideways" singer shared some of his pre-show rituals, explained how writing was a big part of his life growing up, and revealed which song on the album is his favorite.
