Construction is underway on a location of a popular East Coast chicken chain in Livingston Parish.
Groundbreaking for the new Bojangles took place on Tuesday. The new restaurant will be on Highway 43 at I-12. The estimated opening date is next May.
The Albany location will be the North Carolina-based company's fifth in Louisiana and first in the greater Baton Rouge area.
