Oklahomans Appear to Have Ousted One State Supreme Court Justice

Preliminary, unofficial results show State Supreme Court Justices James Edmondson and Noma Gurich retaining their seats, but Yvonne Kauger will leave the bench after 40 years. Edmondson received a little more than 51% of the retention vote and Gurich had slightly more than a 50% retention vote. Kauger received slightly more than 50% of the vote to replace her. No word when the vote counts will be official.
