Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown joins Dan Patrick on The Dan Patrick Show. He weighs in on the Chiefs trading for DeAndre Hopkins and staying healthy while playing in the NFL. He talks about the “Mamba mentality” he tries to emulate from idolizing Kobe Bryant while growing up. And he is brutally honest about their shortcomings from last year and their efforts to do better in every facet of the game.
Amon-Ra St. Brown: “We gotta do more in every facet. Whether it’s in the weight room, in the meeting room, out on the field, in the training room, whatever it is; players, coaches, everyone, we all have to do more because if we don’t and we expect different results, I mean, that’s kind of crazy. So we gotta do more and we gotta be better than we were last year.”
