(Lancaster County, NE) -- A vegetation fire north of Lincoln leads to evacuated homes on Sunday. Fire crews responded to the blaze in a corn field around 1:55 p.n. on Sunday. Crews evacuated homes for a stretch of Branched Oak Road, between the 9100 and 9800 blocks. The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office says the fire was under control around 6 p.m.. No injuries are reported.
