Retired United flight attendant is walking from Boston to Ground Zero

It's called Paulie's Push. A retired United Airlines flight attendant has pushed an airline beverage cart from Boston to Ground Zero for the past 4 years. Paul Veneto started this year's trek of more than 200 miles this past Sunday. He plans to arrive at Ground Zero in New York City by September 11th. He was a flight attendant on United Airlines flight 175 from Boston to Chicago on September 10th 2001. The next day was his day off. On that day United Airlines Flight 175 from Boston to Chicago was hijacked and flown into the second World Trade Center Tower. Veneto told CBS Boston: " I knew when those buildings came down, the enormity of the scene, that people were going to forget what happened at the beginning of that day, those crew members were fighting those terrorists on those airplanes. They left families behind." He walks every year so the families of those flight crews know we still remember them. You can donate and track his route on the website below.
