Spirit Halloween stores are starting to put in their annual appearance in the New Orleans area.
Several storefronts are already displaying the orange banners that indicate the seasonal openings are on the way.
Spirit Halloween is opening Jefferson Parish locations in Elmwood, Metairie, and Gretna. In St. Tammany Parish, look for locations in Slidell and Covington.
Spirit Halloween is also opening up in Hammond and Houma.
