Early voting is available starting Saturday for the August 6 Michigan primary.
Grand Rapids City Clerk Joel Hondorp says he expects more people to take advantage of the option this year.
In Grand Rapids, voting will be available at GRPS University, Saints Peter and Paul School and Ottawa Hills High School.
Hondorp says the process is easy and simple for voters.
Voters show up to one of the locations, show a photo ID and receive their ballot to vote.
