Edwin Castro won $2 billion playing the Powerball, and now he’s showing off more than just a hearty bank account. Recently, Castro was seen cruising around a Giogio Armani event in Malibu, with “his new squeeze,” model Payten Vincent on his arm…to go along with his “$47 million mansion” and “fleet of expensive cars.”
