Meet Helen Denmark, the Alabama woman who just turned 108 and is spilling her secrets to staying young! 🥳

Helen celebrated her big day with a party at Brookdale Assisted Living in Birmingham, surrounded by friends and caregivers. 🎂👯‍♀️

Her secret to feeling youthful? “Drinking wine 🍷, eating dessert 🍰, and flirting with men with mustaches! 😘👨🏻” Helen told WDHN-TV. She says she doesn’t feel a day older than 107 and is ready to take on 110! 💪

The U.S. Census Bureau reports there are about 101,000 centenarians in the country, and that number is expected to quadruple by 2054! 📈👵
