A driver is facing charges in connection with a Tuesday morning pedestrian crash in Nantucket.
Police say the crash happened just before 7 a.m. in the area of 51 Tom Nevers Road.
The Fire Department took the injured victim to Nantucket Cottage Hospital where he was flown off the island by the U.S. Coast Guard.
There is no update on the victim's condition.
The driver involved in the crash is identified as Brendan Lafferty of Nantucket.
