Northwest Iowans Facing Monumental Flood Clean Up

(Undated) -- Clean-up continues in flooded northwest Iowa. The Iowa National Guard and D-O-T crews have been hauling away tons of waterlogged materials. The Guard reports crews have hauled away more than 1,000 loads of damaged items and debris.

Clay County reports more than 25-hundred homes damaged, and more than 1,000 beyond repair.

The Clay County Community has launched a Disaster Recovery Fund to support rebuilding.

Donations are needed to help the community recover from the flooding damages.

The funds will all go to assisting in the rebuilding process.
