Lend a Helping Can raises money for 12 New England charitable agencies to feed the Needy and Homeless.

Our team of James Beard Foundation-nominated chefs led by Greg Collier is passionate about creating a dining experience that celebrates the rich traditions and vibrant ingredients of the region. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and seafood, every dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the best of each season. Join us for a taste of the South, served with a side of hospitality that will make you feel right at home.

    • Hush Puppies - with corn flour, roasted onion, apple mostarda butter
    • Shaved Greens Salad - shaved collard greens, shaved kale, Cheddar, roasted garlic dressing, cornbread crumble
    • Farm Salad - lettuce, roasted sweet potato dressing, black pepper farmers cheese, fried onion
    • Squash Shaved Cauliflower Salad (V) – with green olive dressing, golden raisin, and smoked almonds
    • Seafood Salad - rainbow trout salad, crispy trout skin, potato chips
    • Wings - fried house wings with buttermilk ranch
    • Daily Bread - Sangria butter

    • Fried Pork Chop - fried pork loin, pickled apples and onions, sawmill gravy
    • Pan-Seared Trout - with roasted okra gravy, pikliz
    • Braised Oxtail Meatloaf – with red pepper glaze
    • Candied Sweet Potatoes – with brown butter, thyme, sorghum, citrus
    • 3 Cheese Mac - with smoked Gouda, Cheddar, mozzarella
    • Braised Greens - with smoked turkey necks, SDT & cornbread crumble
    • Field Pea Mafe (V) - with purple-eye peas, Sea Island peas, cream peas, peanut, trinity
    • Charred Zucchini – with coffee rub, green olive salsa verde, sunflower seeds
    • Braised Green Beans – tomato-braised green beans, fried onions, Ritz crackers
    • Dirty Grits - Carolina grits, smoked mushrooms, trinity, Cajun
    • Broccoli Casserole - roasted broccoli, mozzarella fondue, middlins rice with crispy onions
    • Grilled Beets - charred and roasted red beets, ‘Bama white sauce, orange and sunflower seed gremolata
    • Brussels Sprouts - fried BBQ Brussels sprouts, Carolina Gold, peanut and benne seed Cheddar frico

    • Plantain Pudding – with whipped cream, cookie crumble, smoked dulce de leche
