The 23-year-old illegal immigrant accused of murdering a Maryland mother of five has been returned to Maryland after being arrested in Tulsa.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez waived his right to an extradition hearing in Tulsa. Martinez-Hernandez is facing charges in the rape and murder of Rachel Morin, whose body was found last August.

The alleged gang member is also wanted for killing a woman in his native El Salvador, and attacking a nine-year-old and her mother in Los Angeles.

Martinez-Hernandez was arrested last Saturday while at a bar in Tulsa. He was taken into custody without incident and has been held in Tulsa until today's extradition.
