The super-sized cicada invasion has begun in parts of the country, and culinary experts encouraging people to see them for what they really are – delicious flying protein nuggets.

It seems cicadas are an excellent food source – you just need to know how to prepare them. I’m gonna hard pass on this one! I draw the line at bugs... Let me know how adventurous you are with your food, but for now I'll stick to my scrambled eggs and tots for breakfast. 😅
