Sea lions often hang out at Pier 39 in San Francisco, but nowhere near as many as there are now. It’s estimated over 1,000 are hanging out ashore. That's the most in 15 years...and it stinks! Not the situation. No, that’s adorable. In fact, everyone has been taking pictures and video. It’s the smell that stinks! Imagine all that fish they’re eating. Regardless, experts say it's all good. Even the director of conservation engagement for the Marine Mammal Center believes this is a sign that the San Francisco Bay is "doing well."
