A Beaumont man has been indicted for murder by a Jefferson County grand jury. 21-year old Sincere
Stephon Stevenson is charged with the March stabbing death of 53-year old Richard Nolan. at the
Cypress Place Apartments in the 4400 block of Dowlen Road in Beaumont. Nolan died from multiple
stab wounds.
