What Not To Feed Your Brain

I'm guilty of mindlessly eating but I'm getting better. Did you know some foods are actually bad for your brain and not just your hips, thighs or tummy?

What you eat can really change how your brain works. That’s what neurologists are saying in a new report. Here are some foods to avoid for better brain health: Sodas, because they’re high in simple sugars, Margarine, because of the trans-fats, decaf coffee because of the solvents used to remove caffeine, and French Fries and other fried food can decrease blood flow to the brain. And of course, alcohol isn’t good for your brain or nervous system. So if you want to be smart, you gotta cut out the fun stuff.
