- Pan-Seared Carolina Trout - with mashed potatoes, Parmesan garlic Brussels sprouts, and apple cider glaze
- Hot Honey Fried Chicken Breast - seasoned fried juicy chicken over pimento cheese grits and vinegar-braised collard greens
- Braised Beef Tips - with celery, carrots, and onions in a red wine gravy over mashed potatoes
