RECIPES:

It’s Masters Week! I want to do a Master’s party so I will serve some of the things off the Masters menu!

THE MASTERS PIMENTO CHEESE – Mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic salt, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded parmesan cheese and diced pimentos. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve on white bread.

BBQ PULLED PORK – Put a pork butt in a crock pot and pour Coca-Cola over it and cook on low for 10 hours or until easy to shred, remove and shred and put back in the crock pot. For your BBQ sauce, in a pot mix Coca-Cola, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion flakes, chili powder and salt, and boil and then put on low and cook until it thickens (about 30 minutes) and pour on top of your shredded pork and serve on a roll!  And serve topped with slaw!
