RECIPES:

WARM VEGGIE AND HAM PASTA SALAD – Cook bow tie pasta according to package and when almost done add in frozen peas and cook for another few minutes until they are cooked and then drain, add in chopped bell pepper (I like using orange, yellow and red) and cubed deli ham. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, honey and then add dressing to your pasta, add shredded cheddar cheese and fresh chopped parsley and chopped scallions.

HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN – For your marinade mix together yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, fresh chopped rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper and then take out a portion of that and mix with mayonnaise and put in the fridge. Pound out some chicken breasts and put in a Ziplock bag with the remaining marinade mix and put in fridge for an hour minimum or longer. Put oil in a skillet, cook chicken on each side until fully cooked through and serve with the mustard/mayo dip.
