IDEAS FOR COOKING –

ITALIAN POTATO NACHOS – Chop boneless chicken breast into cubes and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and cook in olive oil in as skillet and then set aside. Cook bacon, chop and set aside. In the oven cook a bag of frozen Alexia Rosemary Garlic Oven Fries with chopped zucchini for about 15 minutes at 475 and then remove from oven and top the potatoes and zucchini with chopped bacon, chicken, and Italian 5 blend cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. In a bowl mix halved tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and then serve on top of your fries.

WEEK 7 OF UNIQUE TACOS:

CHICKEN TACO MEATBALLS – In a bowl mix together ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, minced onion, minced garlic, small can of green chiles, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Roll into balls and put on baking sheet that has been sprayed and cook for 20 minutes at 400. Serve your meatballs on a warm tortilla with all the taco fixings (lettuce, salsa, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes).
