IDEA FOR COOKING –
CREAMY SUNDRIED TOMATO CHICKEN – Cook boneless chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet with oil. Sear on both sides until golden. Remove from pan and set aside. In same skillet, add minced garlic, freshy thyme and red pepper flakes, cook for a minute and then add in chicken broth, heavy cream and chopped jar of sundried tomatoes and grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.Once the sauce thickens and is combine, add your chicken back to the skillet and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 375. Serve a top of pasta or rice cauliflower and add fresh chopped basil on top.
