What a weekend! 04/11/22

This weekend was all about scouts! Friday we prepped for the big Chuck Wagon Competition at Camp Carpenter on Saturday. The theme was Weird Science so the boys had me draw up a Frankenstein for our wagon. A friend gave me some Apple Pie Moonshine to clear my sinus problem - WHOA! That stuff was good!

Saturday morning we arrived at 7:20am with temps around 37 degrees and no rain . . .but as the day went on we faced all the elements! Rain, sun, thunder, lightening, wind and cold! It was all over the place but Pack 118 did a great job completing all the stations. I was so proud of all their work! They ended up getting a plaque for Cooking!

I was at Market Basket Sunday morning and I made friends with some customers that had bearded dragons as pets that were carried around their bodies! I had to ask to take pics! Sunday we visited friends and to celebrate Parker Long's 5th birthday! Headed home and made a rib eye roast, some potatoes and green beans, watched some golf and called it a night!
