Friday we had some friends over . . .Danielle my "blind shutter" made her appearance and I told her about the topic on the air. I never shut my blinds but as soon as she comes to my house she closes them haha! Greg says he always closes the blinds too. I just don't think there is anything interesting for someone to see. Saturday was a chilly start to the day. Dylan had basketball and then I took a drive over to The Bake Shop on Kelley Street in Manchester to get some tasty desserts for my mother in law. We were celebrating her birthday because we missed it while in quarantine last week. We had some people over for the horrible Patriots game. The good thing that came out of it, was that we all enjoyed the food I cooked! I did homemade tater tots, sausage bites, bunless mini burgers and the biggest hit, nacho balls. Sunday we headed out early for Coco Keys Water Park in Danvers, MA. For Christmas we decided to get our nephews an overnight stay at the water park. All the kids had such a great time! Monday we headed home in the crazy weather and we were not too optimistic about skiing, but the sun came out and we made it to McIntyre for some runs. Pretty good 3-day weekend! I like these Monday's off!
