It was a great long weekend! Friday I didn't do much because I have still been so tired after covid but Saturday Parker had soccer, than we did some visiting! My boys never got covid so they had to quarantine longer than me so they had been cooped up for a long time! Saturday night was our Fondue and Martini Valentine's Party. We had 4 different cheese fondues and sides including: sweet and hot sausage, steak tips, shrimp, baby potatoes, turkey meatballs, tortellini, soft pretzels, bread, broccoli, peppers, tortilla chips! Then we had 2 sweet fondues, a chocolate and a salted caramel! We had cream puffs, cheese cake, grapes, strawberries, marshmellows, cookies, pineapples, mmm so good! For martinis: espresso martinis, pomegranate martinis, hot and dirty martinis. Plus also old fashions! It was so much fun to have a night without kids! We played wii bowling, sang some karaoke and just had fun! Sunday, the boys and I went to McIntyre skiing and it was so much fun! So close to home and again they were excited not to be stuck inside anymore. Monday, we finished our long weekend with a trip to Dave and Busters. The boys had been wanting to go since March 2020 when it was supposed to open, but hey we know that didn't happen so finally we went. So many tvs, good food and the kids loved it. They are saving their points to get a slushie machine. It is a very expensive trip for your reference, but I did see a sign saying 1/2 off Wednesdays so when we return it will be on a Wednesday!
