I have to start with this- ANYONE have a dog that sits like this?
Hey Daisy! What's with THE BRIDGE position??? She actually sits, totally stretched out- and if there's a gap between to things, she don't care! She'll actually sit like that, chewin' on that ball she loves and she doesn't have a care in the world!! I've never seen a dog just mold to whatever thing she's sitting on! Great dog, but a little bit weird some times!

ANYWAY-
After the 13th STRAIGHT SATURDAY ON WHICH IT RAINED (True! That's what they said on the news!) - it wasn't the most eventful weekend, but it was still pretty good! Friday night started out with a visit to a new brew pub for us- ODD BY NATURE BREWING CO in Ogunquit ME (right on Rt 1)! Gotta say- we had a blast there!
The name of this place alone pretty much describes me, so I had to like it, right? I had "No Friends" brew. Ummm....I don't know what that says about me- but it was good beer! Food was really good too! We had a lot of fun - and if you go - ask for RICARDO!! That dude was AWESOME! Personable, funny, and really made the whole night enjoyable for us! We'll definitely be back there! Don't know where we are in our Brew Pub tour, but at last count it was a little over 70 different breweries visited! Got a good one to recommend? Saturday night Valerie and I took my Dad out to dinner and then we dropped over to our friends Dave and Jolene's house. I got up early on Sunday morning to see if there was anything good to shoot (with a camera) - since it was yet another shitting weather morning!
I ended up at Nubble Light in Cape Neddick. There was no sun in sight so I opted to photograph some wave action -

They rolled in and made some pretty good crashes against the rocks - so I had to get down low in the mix to get this one-

I didn't get wet. At least not at that moment, but that's another story entirely. You'll have to listen to the Buzz 24-7 tomorrow to find out more.
Sunday afternoon we had another birthday party for one of our nephews sons -

Don't get me wrong- I love the family and the kids - they're awesome! But....well, you know....
And last but not least- Valerie and I ended up the weekend with a simple dinner-
Nothing fancy - just chicken, salad and roasted carrots. And it was perfect. You know why?
Cuz it was SHAKE N BAKE, BABY!!!!
BOOM! Friggin SHAKE N BAKE is the s***!!!! I don't care how old I am, I will never give it up. It's a once in a while thing, but it always hits.
And that's the name of that tune!
