A high school softball player on Saturday made one of the best catches you will ever see en route to helping her team win a state championship.
Bear River center fielder Olivia Taylor leaped into the air and dove over the fence to rob a home run in the Oklahoma 4A State Softball Championship game. She was fully extended and caught the ball several feet beyond the field of play. Check this out -

And let me say this- for my money- softball - either high school or college - is WAY more exciting to watch than baseball.

I love baseball when Im at the park, but watching it on tv is like begging me to take a nap. I realize it's what they once called "America's game" - but that's when life was moving at 5mph instead of 500 like it is today.
Anyway- congrats to OK's Olivia Taylor for helping her team with the state championship.
