Valerie and I headed up North on Friday after the show and spent some time in Sugar Hill, Landaff, Lisbon, and down through Littleton and Bretton Woods. Gorgeous day and was lucky enough to encounter this guy -
We were just cruising down Rt 302 and saw him coming out of the woods - headed for a guys backyard! And this guy was NOT little, by any means! He looked to be just under 4 ft tall - while on all fours- so thats big!
He was looking at me - but he was really only interested in that old bird feeder on the ground.
I was probably 35 yards away - using a 300mm telephoto lens- which is pretty close. It made for some great shots!
And it made for a cool few minutes before he retreated to the woods! Made the day!
And just for the record - I was completely safe. I don't want Roadkill to get all freaked that I might die out there- haha
