A rescue cat has found a way to stand out among the numerous animals that await to be adopted by having a unique meow, that sounds more like a quack. “Wee Melvin” who was brought to the Palm Valley Animal Center in Edinburg, Texas, was the star of a video posted to the animal center’s Instagram page that showed him quacking like a duck instead of the traditional cat “meow.” “We heard a very unique meow when we entered the room and followed it to this surprising source,” said Sarah, a volunteer at the center.
