Perry's last performed during a surprise collaboration with Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden in November. After playing "Walk This Way" with The Franchise and his band, Perry reportedly collapsed back stage and was rushed to the hospital with a breathing problem.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame guitarist was released from the hospital later that week, but he was forced to cancel 10 upcoming dates with his solo band to rest and recover from the episode.
Perry later revealed that he has suffered from respiratory problems since he was a child.
The February 10 performance will be the Tyler's second Grammy Awards Viewing Party to benefit Janie's Fund. The first, held in 2018, raised more than $2.4 million to offer services to girls across America who have suffered from abuse and neglect.
Since being established in November of 2015, Janie's Fund has raised more than $4.5 million and directly helped more than 800 girls.
Aerosmith will celebrate its 50th anniversary this coming spring in its Deuces Are Wild residency in Las Vegas at the Park Theater at Park MGM. The band's two February shows and its 19-date Vegas residency amount to its only live dates announced so far this year.
Perry's other band, Hollywood Vampires, has no upcoming concerts.
