VIDEO: New Chilling Details and Video Emerge From Michigan School Shooting

More details are emerging around a school shooting in Oxford, Michigan earlier this week including video of students hiding in a classroom. A voice on the other side of the door requests they come out, but the students don't feel it's safe.

When the voice on the other side of the door uses the slang term "bro," students quickly react and deny the requests to come out, climbing out a window and running through a courtyard to safety.

But the voice of the other side of the door turned out not to be the shooter after all. Officials say that the shooter never knocked on any doors and that the voice likely belonged to a plain-clothes officerr in the building looking to calm students down with familiar language.

The shooter, who we will not name here, acquired the Sig Sauer 9mm handgun from his father who had purchased it last Friday. He then posted a photo of the gun to social media with the caption, "Just got my new beauty today."
