A bully bear that invaded a Connecticut pigpen on Tuesday likely got more than he bargained for when he was sent scurrying away by two protective pigs.
The face-off occurred in New Milford, where homeowner Rebecca Shaw maintains an outdoor pen for her pet pigs, Mary and Hamlet. Security footage shows the pigs attack their much larger opponent, with Mary head-butting the beast into a fence and Hamlet charging at it as it ran away.
"I am very proud of them because Hammy, the little one especially, he's afraid of his own shadow," Shaw says. "And the way he came charging out when he seen Mary tussling with the bear -- he was like, 'Oh no, no way, get out.' I'm still blown away." What's the most remarkable thing your pet has done?
