BLACKBERRY BOURBON SMASH
2 oz. (60ml) Bourbon
1 oz. (30ml) Ginger Beer
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 Tbsp Honey
Garnish: Mint Sprig/Blackberries
1. Add blackberries, mint leaves, honey and lemon juice to base of mixing glass and muddle.
2. Add ice and bourbon and shake well.
3. Pour crushed ice into glass, pour mix inside and top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and blackberries.
