Gucci Mane Opens Up About Mental Health, Family Struggles in New Memoir

Shedding light on deeply personal battles with mental health. In a powerful revelation, the Atlanta rap legend shares how his wife, Keyshia Ka’oir, staged a life-saving intervention; enlisting six of his bodyguards to “kidnap” him and take him to a mental health facility for treatment during one of his lowest moments.

The memoir also explores Gucci’s long-strained relationship with his mother, offering fans an intimate look at the emotional weight he's carried behind the fame.

The untitled book drops October 14, just days before the release of his 17th studio album, slated for October 17; a symbolic date for the 1017 Records boss.
