Nebraska fans remember a former Cornhusker football star who was found dead in Omaha.
Police say officers, who were called to a home after neighbors reported a gas odor, found 54--year-old Calvin Jones dead in the basement from apparent carbon monoxide poisoning.
Playing for Tom Osborne in Lincoln, Jones, a Nebraska Friday Night Lights legend out of Omaha Central, was a featured running back for the Huskers from 1990 to 1993 and later played in the NFL for the Raiders and Green Bay Packers.
Jones was a Super Bowl champion with Green Bay and is in the Nebraska Football Hall Of Fame.
